HV-110 為 1080 全高畫質接收盒，可接收並解碼 DVB-T（ETSI EN 300 744）HD/SD 地面廣播訊號，並針對 DVB-T 提供 HDMI 與複合視訊（CVBS）影像輸出。特別的是，除了標準 DVB-T 訊號常見的 5/6/7/8 MHz 頻寬之外，HV-110 亦支援業餘無線電 HAM TV 應用所需的 2/3/4 MHz 頻寬。
